Please join the Honolulu Chapter of the American Culinary Federation for the inaugural event in our yearlong Membership Educational Series. These quarterly events will provide an opportunity for our members to learn new skills, meet other members and discuss topics related to food and beverage.
Our first event will include a fish fabrication demonstration by Chef Matt Small, Corporate Executive Chef, Y. Hata. Alice Swift will be conducting a tasting of three wines. The evening will conclude with a question and answer period and open discussion.
