The Honolulu Chapter of the American Culinary Federation will be hosting the ACF Honolulu Culinary Salon 2018 at Kapiolani Community College from December 12th-15th, 2018.
This competition is open to both students and professionals. Competitors will be awarded medals in the following categories: cold buffet platters and hors d’ouvres, fancy cookie and petit four platters, hot/warm plated desserts, celebration cakes, wedding cakes, showpieces, contemporary hot food, contemporary patisserie and culinary team events.
Registration is due November 12th, 2018.
