Mission Statement:

The American Culinary Federation, Honolulu Chapter, is a not-for-profit corporation, organized as a non-partisan federation of chefs, culinarians, students and food aficionados, dedicated to promoting excellence in our profession; real life experience and participation in our culinary culture; and partnering with those within (and in support of) our culture, industry, educators, and professionals, including in the areas of education, safety, health, social economics and collegiality within our culinary professions and the communities.
